About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and proactive Medical Associate (Nurse) to join our HSE team and support the delivery of high quality occupational health services across the organization. The role is responsible for providing clinical care, assisting physicians during medical examinations, responding to workplace medical emergencies, and promoting employee health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will also play a key role in health awareness initiatives, training programs, medical record management, and field inspections to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Valid nursing license issued by the Jordanian Ministry of Health.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of occupational health, public safety, and Ministry of Health regulations.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and medical record systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations and work under pressure.
- Ability to conduct health awareness sessions and participate in field inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational health and nursing services to employees in accordance with company policies and medical standards.
- Assist physicians during medical examinations, assessments, and treatment procedures.
- Conduct clinical assessments, administer medications, vaccinations, and provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
- Respond to workplace medical emergencies by providing first aid and CPR when required.
- Coordinate employee medical appointments, annual medical examinations, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Conduct health awareness and training sessions and participate in workplace inspections to promote employee health and wellbeing.
